To the left is the cover for the album ‘Sticks and Stones’ by the band New Found Glory. The image shows two kids fighting with one wearing a top which appears to have 'stone' written on it referring back to the title of the album. The image of two kids fighting relates to the saying 'sticks and stones may break my bones' with the next part of the saying 'but words will never hurt me' which could refer to this being a music c.d. therefore completing the saying. Also the name of the band is written using an old print gun giving the album a slight retro feel.
To the left is the cd cover for the self-titled album of The All American Rejects, the album has no name and therefore there is no sense of album name writing on the cover. The name of the band is in the top left corner of the album and is written in a very basic font to not draw more attention than is necessary to it. There is a picture of an old go kart on the cover taking up the higher percentage of the album cover giving this album a simple, retro feel as-well.
To the left is the album cover for Taking Back Sunday's debut album ‘Tell all your Friends’, once again their is a simple feel to the cover as it is just a basic image of a road with another road above and a patch of grass to the right. The band name and other information is written in block capitals, once again drawing no more attention than necessary to it.
